At StateLineTack, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective gear is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
